Maxi began treading the boards of the Liverpool Music Scene from the tender age of Eighteen, until she finally dipped out in 1998 to start her family. Nine years later, in 2007, Maxi returned to music when she recorded a couple of songs in tribute to Jellyfish & The Posies and were released on a small indie label in the USA.

Following that her Christmas EP entitled "Winter Ghost", released December 2007 on her own label.

Life changes occured in the summer of 2008, while recording her debut cd "Gravitational Seed", carrying the emotional scars of broken relationships, Maxi was left in a pretty devastated way.

By January 2009, Maxi was feeling a little stronger and recruited the help of some amazing musicians to work on what was become her debut album "Welcome To Soonville". with the help of Peter Hackett (Cult of Wedge), Coke Belda, Roque Esteban (Cokeroque), Paul Tiga Wright and Liverpool music icon "Ronni O'keefe". An amazing collection of songs old and new were put together to create a stunningly beautiful & highly emotional debut.

Maxi began recording the follow up "The Neglected Gambit" in December 2009 and was released on 18th july 2011. Another collection of brand new songs written by Maxi and produced by Peter Hackett, with drumming from Damon Roots, which proved to be just as interesting and addictive as anything on "Welcome To Soonville.

February 2013, saw the release of Maxi's third cd, "Edmund & Leo". With all songs written by Maxi, produced by Peter Hackett, the drumming and percussion talents of Damon Roots and long time masterer Steve Turnidge (going way back to the Jellyfish & Posies tribute's onwards). It has been received positively, with glowing reviews and praise all round.

The future will see the continued promotion of "Edmund & Leo", while Maxi takes a break away from writing and recording to concentrate on other things.

All CDs can be purchased at Maxi's website and are downloadable from Itunes & Amazon. Welcome To Soonville is also available at CD Baby. You can hear tracks at Soundcloud, Reverbnation & Myspace.
